If I were to design the same piece of furniture solely on a computer, the process would inevitably become more formulaic, shaped by the limitations of the software. There are no such restrictions when you use your own hands and tangible timber.” This hands-on approach ensures that every design is not only beautiful but also inherently robust, contributing to the longevity promised by the lifetime guarantee.

The majority of Neptune’s designs incorporate classic, time-tested joinery techniques that have proven their ability to withstand the rigors of time. However, Neptune also embraces the intelligent integration of modern technology into its making process. “The teams are constantly engaged in research and development to understand and implement new techniques,” he adds, “and when Neptune conceives innovative solutions, such as the extending Moreton dining table that cleverly conceals the extra leaves within a false drawer, it brings immense satisfaction.” This blend of traditional craftsmanship and thoughtful innovation ensures the enduring quality that underpins the lifetime guarantee.

Neptune collaborates closely to determine the most appropriate joinery techniques and materials.
