This season, Neptune have upholstered more of their favourite designs in fabric from the designer and maker of fine textiles Fermoie. Each fabric has been handpicked to complement the new coastal inspired season and showcased across a limited-edition collection of upholstery, scatter cushions and lampshades.

Matilda Armchair, Natural Cove
This limited-edition Matilda chair is upholstered in Fermoie Cove fabric, made from 100% flax linen. The geometric pattern was inspired by waves scudding across water, while the warm neutral colourway brings an organic earthiness to interiors. Matilda’s petite – yet supremely comfortable – stature makes it well-suited to smaller living rooms, as well as the office or bedroom.
Milo Stool, Natural Cove
This limited-edition design features Fermoie 100% linen Cove fabric on our Milo stool. Cove is a geometric pattern that reflects ripples of waves scudding across water, while the warm neutral colourway brings an organic earthiness to interiors. This barrel-shaped stool doubles as a side table, making it a versatile addition to living spaces.
Scatter Cushion, Natural Cove
This scatter cushion is covered with Fermoie Cove fabric – a geometric pattern that reflects a flurry of waves scudding across water. The neutral colourway has an organic earthiness to complement the nature-inspired pattern, while the trim and flax linen’s characterful weave adds natural texture and comfort.
Rupert Stool, Red Carskiey Stripe
This limited-edition Rupert stool is upholstered in Fermoie classic Carskiey Stripe fabric in 100% linen. The hand drawn textural stripe pattern was inspired by archive designs uncovered at the Carskiey estate in Scotland and has been selected in a rich red colourway. Rupert has a timeless, elegant design with traditional tufted details to the seat and tapering oak legs.
Scatter Cushion, Red Carskiey Stripe
This large scatter cushion is covered with Fermoie Carskiey fabric – a hand drawn textural stripe inspired by archive designs uncovered at the Carskiey estate in Scotland. The classic pattern has been selected in a rich red colourway, while the flax linen’s characterful weave adds natural texture and comfort.
Gathered Lampshade, Wicker
This petite lampshade is covered with Fermoie’s Wicker fabric – a lattice design reminiscent of honeycomb. The sheer linen fabric is gathered for an elegant look that softly diffuses the light, with contrasting borders at top and bottom. It comes in an earthy Nut Brown colourway for a warm glow once lit. This limited-edition design features Fermoie’s Carskiey Stripe fabric on our Madeleine slipper chair. The classic fabric was inspired by archive designs uncovered on the Carskiey estate in Scotland, and it’s since been reimagined for contemporary interiors in a green and rust colourway. Madeleine has a small footprint and elegant proportions, with solid oak legs resting on brass castors.
Highgate Table Lamp, Painted
Highgate’s lathe-turned stem nods to Swedish Gustavian style, while its painted finish can be customised in any colour from our collection. We’ve paired it with a suitably elegant, gathered lampshade in a sheer linen that softly diffuses the light. Fermoie’s pretty ‘Popple’ fabric, inspired by the movement of water, comes in a fresh green.
Clemmie Headboard, Shell Grotto
This limited-edition statement Clemmie headboard is upholstered in Fermoie Shell Grotto fabric. Crafted from pure cotton this playful mosaic of colour and pattern was inspired by a visit to an ancient shell grotto on England’s south coast and comes in a green colourway. You can use Clemmie on single and double beds as much as kings and super-kings, and it can be fixed to the wall or attached to a bed base.
